Conference Gala Tickets 

Join us for the 2024 Regional Conference Gala and help us conclude our regional conference on a high note. At the Gala, we will be: 
  • Celebrating our Region's Graduating Seniors with Southwest graduation cord
  • Awarding our Annual "Best Chapter in the Southwest Region" Award
  • Presenting the Winners of the 2024 Regional Conference Research Symposium
  • Recognizing the Students who led the Regional Conference Student-led Workshops

The Conference Gala will take place on the evening of Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 7pm.
After party held from 9 - 11pm.

A Conference Gala ticket will give you access to:
- Dinner
- Two free drink tickets  (alcohol and non-alcohol beverage options)
- Additional drinks can be purchased at cash bar
- Award Ceremony

Graduating Seniors
If you are attending gala, please fill out the google form so that we can recognize you! A google account is required to submit.

Please complete by February 9th, 2024 to ensure you will receive a cord at the gala.
