In our 11th year, we want to focus on honoring our roots and applying timeless lessons to build a better future in medicine that benefits our communities. Our goal is to unite aspiring Latino doctors and healthcare professionals to develop collaborations and inspire new ideas that will help us work toward quality health care for all patients regardless of background, socioeconomic status, and ethnicity.
We aim to bring pre-medical undergraduates, medical students, residents, and practicing physicians together in order to discuss how to best meet the needs of the underserved communities we encounter.
Our conference will include presentations and talks from outstanding Latino healthcare professionals, an exhibitor fair, a research poster symposium, multiple networking activities, professional development workshops, and a graduating senior ceremony.
We look forward to seeing you in Fort Worth! - LMSA Southwest
