Conference Gala Tickets 

Join us for the 2023 Regional Conference Gala and help us conclude our regional conference on a high note. At the Gala, we will be: 
  • Celebrating our Region's Graduating Seniors with Southwest graduation cord
  • Awarding our Annual "Best Chapter in the Southwest Region" Award
  • Presenting the Winners of the 2023 Regional Conference Research Symposium
  • Recognizing the Students who led the Regional Conference Student-led Workshops

The Conference Gala will take place on the evening of Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 7pm.
After party held from 9 - 11pm.

A Conference Gala ticket will give you access to:
- Fajita grill dinner
- Two free drink tickets  (alcohol and non-alcohol beverage options)

Graduating Seniors
If you are attending gala, please fill out the google form so that we can recognize you! A google account is required to submit.

Please complete by January 18th to ensure you will receive a cord at the gala.

Blue Mesa Grill Fifth and Carroll Events is located within a mile of our regional conference host,
​the UNTHSC Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM). Parking is available on-site at no extra cost.
