The following outline details the responsibilities that will be assigned to chapter presidents during the conference. Please review each item carefully and ensure you are prepared to fulfill these duties throughout the event.
  • Chapter president and vice president MUST attend House of Delegates (HOD) meeting - location and time TBD.
    • ​In the event the chapter president or vice president cannot attend, proxies may be sent in their place. However, in the event neither the presidents or possible proxies can be sent, the council must be informed ahead of time in accordance with the regional bylaws. 
  • Chapter presidents please prepare your semester update reports - you will be asked to meet leading up to the regional conference with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to share those updates.
  • Additional requirements may come up so please revisit this page as we approach conference. For any issues or questions, please feel free to reach out to your Co-directors Elect or CDO.
